Mumbai Internet Self Service
Portal for consumers of Mumbai Distribution with facility for Viewing details of current bill, Download present and past bills, make online payments for Energy Bill, VDS and Security Deposit, View Meter Reading details, and register for Online Services such as Paperless bill, twitter alerts, and outage details.
E‐bill Application
System to facilitate Generation, Scheduling and Monitoring of the E‐bill process. System generates PDF bills and sends them to consumers via email as per their billing cycle. The company employees have a facility to monitor the process and schedule the sending activity.
Web Portal for CSPDCL
This is a web portal developed for the Chattisgarh Power Distribution Company under the RAPDRP project. It has facility for consumers to avail of various online services related to Billing, Payment, Customer Service, etc. and also has various facilities for employees to manage company activities like tendering and recruitment.
Web Portals for NBPDCL and SBPDCL
These are web portals developed for North Bihar and South Bihar Power Distribution companies under the RAPDRP project. They have various self service options for the consumer to avail services for Billing, Payment, complaints, new connections, etc as well as a comprehensive suite of applications for the employees to manage the content in the portal, manage consumer complaints and track vendor payments.
SMS Services
This is a central SMS processing application which serves the SMS sending requirements of various other applications/functions such as SAP, OMS, CMS, HR and Reliance Cement. The application supports both real time and bulk SMSs with an architecture designed for speed and scalability.
Network Change Management (17.5)
The portal is designed to manage changes in HT and LT network of RInfra. Each and every change in the network is tracked in a systematic manner and the information is used to update other dependant systems after multiple levels of approval and verifications.
